I hope the company will hire more help especially for the holidays. Great selections, however, no help to be found and it is a very big store.
I was shocked at all the bad and unfriendly reviews. Went twice recently and was attended to when I walked in and they helped me the entire process.
Love their selection of women's boots & clothing. Went in wanting one thing but left 310$ poorer. Worth every penny. It's right around the corner from me, which may be dangerous for my wallet. Employees seemed stressed with the holiday rush. Pay them more. :] Cheyenne - I think - complimented me and was SO nice. Made my day.
Great place for all things boots. I got the nicest boots for jeans or dresses. Great quality, medium on the price but hubby said ok lol. Fantastic selection.
Very nice store! The main entrance faces east, you dont see it from interstate. The store is way bigger than I thought! Very clean, well-stocked & organized. Very helpful staff. Kids dept, a women's dept is 1/3 of the store. Mens western, work, casual, and dress -up clothing. Rodeo, or urban cowboy, this store has you covered. Give yourself time to see all the merchandise. Besides cowboy boots, and fashion boots, there are workboots, casuals, and slip-ons. I found my size in MWZ jeans, a miracle!
walked in and immediately had an employee ask if there was anything she could help me with, i was looking for boots and had done my research before heading in so i already knew what i was looking for. she was very patient and willing to grab as many pair as i wanted to try on to make sure i was pleased with my purchase. a wonderful experience, will definitely return and give them my future business!
This is my first time to Dallas , Texas and my husband wanted a pair of boots. At first I was amazed by the selection of apparel and for the entire family. Logan was very friendly and helpful. Adam directed my granddaughter and I to the selection of men's boots. We surprised my husband with a awesome boots and now he wants another boots which is great.... !! I would recommend them having Name Tags so we would know if the individual is an employee. Other then that awesome place to shop .
Friendly, genuine service. Big selection for men, women, & the kids. My only complaint is the crazy prices on the non-US made stuff. I'm happy to pay for hand made in the United States, but not for machine made from Bangladesh, China, or Pakistan.
So, I came in here looking for a pair of ladies western boots and while they have a huge selection to choose from, I either couldn't find anything I liked or they didn't have it in my size. There were a couple of styles by Coral that I had seen at Dillard's that I was interested in and they were actually cheaper at Cavendar's! The pair of Lucchese's that I was drooling over was not in stock in my size.
