If I could give zero stars I sure would for this location. The customer service upfront is very unprofessional and racist. On December 7th my father was checking out over $500 worth of merchandise and while he was being checked out the female cashier has someone that speaks Spanish ask my father if he can afford what he is going to purchase. If I could pick zero stars I would. First off the girls at the front counter have the worst attitudes! I have shopped at this location about 4 times now and yesterday was my last. I will no longer shop here. The first time I went to this location my wife and myself were buying clothes for my daughter's birthday. There was a jacket on a rack that said all jackets 20% off. HORRIBLE customer service on line, never buying anything from Cavender's again. Placed an order on line 2.5 months ago, $150 via gift card, balance on paypal. Calls to check on status usually ended in being disconnected after half an hour on hold. They do not return calls when a name and number is left, they do not respond to emails. HORRIBLE!!!! This is the worst Cavender's I have ever been in. We picked 2 shirts off of a rack that said 25% off along with a pair of boots. First, the girl at the counter was having a conversation with another employee and never acknowledged me as she rang me up. It was like we weren't even there!!! Went in tonight to pick up a pair of shoes that had to be ordered. Walked in and stood there while one employee was standing next to another employee while One was looking for something on the computer for a customer. They didn't say anything to me!! I've been shopping at Cavender's for 30+ years in Tyler and as I moved to the DFW area we have been to several other locations. I went to Rockwall location this week to pickup a pair of Ladies Steel toe boots and the customer service was not anything like it use to be. Associates standing around talking or on their phones. No one offered to help me except for a lady in the women's wear when I was just browsing but when it came to the boots, zero help. Absolutely horrible customer service. We walked in, the woman said hi in a very low voice, then went back to talking to her two friends that were also working. We were never asked if we wanted help with anything. We had to ASK for help. We were trying to look at the buckles in the case and they wouldn't even move for us to look!
