If you want to be greeted by several indifferent people and never see them again this is your place! After having 30 minutes of being the only customer in the store and nobody coming to try to help with their great selection; I knew it was time to head to another Cavender's. This place is a perfect example of why Amazon is winning. We love Cavendars, but the Rockwall store has some of the poorest customer service I've seen in quite a while. We walked in 45 minutes before closing time to purchase a cowboy hat. Not only did the group at the register barely stop talking among themselves to give us an eye rolling sneer, we had to ask them to direct us to the hats. We looked in this section about 5 minutes with no one coming to see if we needed assistance. We then went up to the front desk and asked for help. Employees are a bunch of sour ass people who are super unfriendly. Every time I've ever been in, it feels like I am a nuisance to them being there and checking out. They need a turn over of employees or teach them how to be friendly.

I was the only person in the whole store and still nobody asked if they could help me. I shopped on my own for about 25-30 min and still no body. Nice store but obviously they don't care for any sales. Probably should just go to a different cavendars.
