This place use to have great customer service. Not once did anyone offer to help today. Watched two associates in men’s jeans and shirts conversing for about 20 minutes. Not once did they offer anyone any help. Not the first time this happens.
My husband, toddler daughter & I went in on Friday night. We must not have looked the part because not one single employee offered to help us or acknowledged us. We wanted to shop local, so we went to Cavender’s. After being completely ignored, we bought our boots from Ariat’s website. Pretty sure our money spends the same as the “cowboys” they were doting on.
