Amazing selection of work boots, regular boots and western wear. Ms. Taia was patient and helped me try on 3 different pairs of steel toed boots. I went in for boots, but also left with a boot jack, boot hooks, 2 shirts, jeans and a hat! I highly recommend Cavender's of Lubbock for any work or western wear needs, due to their selection, gracious staff and competitive prices!
My fiancée was searching for an American brand cowboy hat for an upcoming wedding where he'll stand as a groomsman. Boot Barn had zero options for him. We got to Cavender's and I knew right away he would find the one... There were two options. The first he liked, but didn't love for about $250. Needed boots in a hurry so I ran in to grab a pair. The staff was very welcoming upon entering however at no point did anyone approach me to ask if I needed help. Once I approached one of the many associates around the store for help the service was stellar. I found the exact boots I wanted. As with all boots they usually take a little to break in but I learned a little stretch in the right paces on their machine really does the trick. They are wonderful! Being of a certain age, I have a hard time ordering online. My grandson second birthday was coming up fast and I made a mess of my cavenders order. Traci Johnson and Ashley went above and beyond, fixed my order for me and the boy got his boots on his birthday! The boots are awesome! Beautiful ly made, perfect fit and he looks soooo dang cute in them! Will definitely recommend Cavenders to my Montana and Texas family.
EXCELLENT Service from a lady named ASHLEY! Helped my husband choose jeans and some boots. She attended to every guest and was very talkative and friendly.
We received excellent service at Cavenders. Mason, Shelby, and Aubriana all helped if tremendously. Cavenders has a great selection of western wear. My wife loves the short boots she found there!

This Cavenders is definitely one of the nicest and most organized stores I've ever been to. Most workers are friendly and ask you if you need help. However, during my visit, as I was checking out the lady that was helping me was very rude. She was demanding and telling me what to do, instead of asking me. Then before she even handed me a receipt started to walk away. This is the reason why I didn't give them as good of a rating.
Good western store with a good selection, but you can tell they work on commission there. Not a lot of great customer service here. Been in several times and seems like they have better things to do. Took my hat in to have it reshaped and was told it could not be done. I took it into Dollar Western Wear and they reshaped it perfectly. Better customer service and this place would be among the top.
