Went in on 12/16/19. Impossible to get waited on (maybe because I was wearing a hoodie, sweats, and a golf cap instead of western wear). Found what I needed on my own, then got bounced around from one cash register to the other, then cashier answered the phone while ringing me up. Never was acknowledged as I entered. Never got a "thank you" for my purchase. Was not acknowledged as I left. Good selection of boots, but employees need some serious training. The boots I wanted were damaged and the last pair, so I asked if they could in-store order a new pair (or if I should just order them online at home). I had 4 different employees try to assist, all of which were remarkable confused by how to place an in-store order. I guess this is not something offered at Cavender's?? The last girl to help me was more confused than anyone and apparently did not understand the concept of new, undamaged boots. Incredibly disap... read more
My wife purchased some new work boots online from cavenderS for me ( so I'm sure the lubbock location is better) but we will never buy from the name again! First they charged my credit card twice for the same thing and said "that's just how we do it, but the charge should be gone in 3 days" ordered 2 day shipping so they would be here by Saturday and the confirmation shows 2 day but we're they here in 2 days? No! So no boots and my credit card is maxed out now waiting for the charge to go the extended period for it to dissap... read more
