Nothing ruins a shopping experience faster than commission-driven scavenger sales tactics. I walked into the store intending to buy a pair of boots. Not a single salesperson offered assistance while I browsed. I found a pair on my own, tried them on, and selected the boots I wanted without any help from the staff. Watch the register!!! Register charged a higher price than the sticker and the employee did absolutely nothing about it. Didn't even attempt to correct it or act interested in correcting it. Be careful out there.
Service is absolutely horrible... every time we've been in we get no service noses turned up to us.... I mean we ain't shopping for clearance. We are shopping Ariat FR clothing so. They never have women's FR either.... We just walked around the store and had several employees walk past us and never asked if we needed help. I guess instead of wearing my $70 pants and $70 shoes and $45 sweater should've wore my Ariat FR clothing.... And don't know why we continue to choose this store! If you're looking for a job this is not the place for you. The coworkers are awful and treat someone I know terribly. This creates a toxic work environment, and effects everyone's well-being and productivity. Do not recommend this Cavender's
I know a girl that worked their and the other co-workers treated her horrible. Businesses that have co-workers that all treat each other badly will go downhill at some point. I do not recommend this Cavender's.
Nice store plenty of selection but the sales staff is lazy... No one helped me until it was time to check out and then every sales person tried to help me put the clothes on the counter. Come to find out it's because the earn commission off sales
I went to finally get me a pair of nice wrangler jeans and there were three of the male workers in the back that whistled at me and treated like I were a animal and said I was not country enough and now highly don't recommend I will ever be returning to the store.
Very rude customer service, my Mom entered the store looking for a dress only to be greeted by a rude lady who told her ' we probably don't carry your size' when in fact she was wearing jeans bought from Cavender's. so awful, Thanks Lubbock for showing your true colors.
I went in to get a pair of boots and socks. They were out of the boots so I just got a pair of socks. The young lady that waited on me had a attitude from the get go. As she was ringing up the socks she asked for my name and I gave it (she's typing this all in) then she asked for my phone # and I gave that. Then she wanted my home address.
