Verified Renter Caveness farms is such a family friendly, clean and quiet place to live. The location is impeccable and we have so many different amenities from a swimming pool, playground, open fishing, gym, and a basketball court. We have been here a little over a year and love it!

Verified Renter We have lived in caveness farms for over 5 years now and have seen it fall in quality year on year, these days they are obsessed with gimmicks that they will charge you extra for without you having a choice in the matter, you are forced to pay for things you will never use and one year they attempted to bump our rent up over $600 per month ... on top of what is already crazy money for an apartment. Verified Renter We have been here 5 years! It’s a nice place to live. We feel safe and it’s quiet. The convenience to Church, shopping, restaurants and our medical facilities is ideal! However, we are not fans of the geese roaming the entire community leaving droppings everywhere and no one cleans up after them. Plus, the landscapers blowing debris on and under your car.
