Verified Renter Caveness farms is such a family friendly, clean and quiet place to live. The location is impeccable and we have so many different amenities from a swimming pool, playground, open fishing, gym, and a basketball court. We have been here a little over a year and love it!

Verified Renter We have lived in caveness farms for over 5 years now and have seen it fall in quality year on year, these days they are obsessed with gimmicks that they will charge you extra for without you having a choice in the matter, you are forced to pay for things you will never use and one year they attempted to bump our rent up over $600 per month ... on top of what is already crazy money for an apartment.
