Verified Renter We have been here 5 years! It’s a nice place to live. We feel safe and it’s quiet. The convenience to Church, shopping, restaurants and our medical facilities is ideal! However, we are not fans of the geese roaming the entire community leaving droppings everywhere and no one cleans up after them. Plus, the landscapers blowing debris on and under your car.

Verified Renter The apartment complex is very quiet and peaceful. Love all the trees. It is well maintained. I have found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. I also love the valet trash pickup.

Verified Renter We have lived here since 1998, and that’s not a typo ??. Having resided at some point in the 1 and 2 bedrooms we are now in the 2 bedroom. So we are experts and telling you about all of them. I don’t know if anyone else who has done this and now currently in the 3 bedroom. The entire area is a great place to live, close to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores. The staff is great to work with as well.

Verified Renter Great place to live! We absolutely love the pool and grill areas, the pond walking loop, and the quietness of neighborhood. We are also excited to see the new dog park and new pond gazebo when it gets finished and reopened!
