I talked to Jeff today. I have have had problems streaming, he went through all possible potential problems, which taught me what to look for. I have now unplugged all electrical to the TV and any problems are gone. He was very helpful and I have only had good experience with CCI.
We just talked with James on a technical service call. We were having some packet loss and slow internet, so we had to call in for help. He not only gave us some possible solutions to our problems, but he also checked about service for when we move next summer, and what plans we might be eligible for. We often have a great service rep with CCI, but James went above and beyond. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is we want a 20 gig plan and we can't have one here, hehe. Thank you again, James and CCI.
In La Crete my father pays for the best package, When I’m Gmaing I used to get 60 ping, now I’m getting 100 ping with 5% packet loss, it was good all summer but since the second week of September it has been terrible when I game

We're literally paying for the best plan you guys offer and we can't even connect to it at times, it's worse than dail up and noe I cant get any school work doneall thanks to this company's incompetence
The internet doesn't even work at times especially when im working. "The best rural internet connection" yeah right
Overall bad wifi since the switch. Even had someone come out and “fix” it. Can’t hold a connection or do anything with my wifi without it crashing, I don’t even live far out of an urban area. We can’t switch because there’s nothing else. I’m a gamer and this is torture for me.
All was good until CCI sold out to Xplornet. Now you can expect to wait on hold for an hour or more to get tech support... if you can get through at all
Worst fucking garbage internet ever doesn’t work!!
