Internet not working. Called for service appt. was told someone would be out next day by 7pm. No one came. Called again and was told ticket was closed tech came and fixed problem (he did not show up) Set up new appt. no one showed up. Called again and told we were priority for next morning. No one showed up. They should just tell customers that can’t provide service instead of lying about it. Horrible customer service.

service has always been pretty good till you guys updated the Markerville tower,no internet anymore after some phone calls had to find out my hardware was not compatible with the new tower update, how stupid is this .probably a result of CCI selling out to Xplornet no CCI for me
Have been with this 'internet' provider for over 5 years. The internet has been very sporatic. On the rare occasion it has bee around 10 mps but most of time it has been under 3 mps and very often it is none exsistent or 0.25 mps. They keep expanding but do nothing about their exsisting long time customers. STARLINK is coming very soon and I have signed up!!!!! YAHHHHHHH!!! Stay away fro CCI!!!!! Unlimited crappy internet

I used to be very satisfied with CCI. Now, they've overloaded their towers to the point that Imy download speeds max out at 0.5mbps when I'm paying for 10mbps. Tech services doesn't reply to emails or voicemails, so I'm screwed. They know we have no other options in rural areas, and their lack of effort makes it obvious that they do not care to improve.
What has happened to CCI? We have been with CCI for several years and for the most part have been very happy. But now I am completely frustrated. A week and a half ago we upgraded to a faster package. We had problems with greatly fluctuating dowload speeds and frequent loss of connection. Rip off!! 10 years nothing but troubles. Just spent 350$ they said it would be much better with a tower on our roof in water valley AB. NO CHANGE. IT'S GARBAGE AND THEY KNOW IT. WHEN YOU HAVE NO CHOICES OF OTHER COMPANIES THE SCREW YOU OVER. IF I HAD A CHOICE I WOULD OF CANCELED YEARS AGO!!! I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!!
328ping, less than 1 mbps up and down when I pay for 10...
I’ve been with CCI for a long time and they are awful. Internet was so slow, it was basically non-existent. Took hours to get support on the phone, and all they can say is to downgrade my plan because I’m paying for 10mb download speed when I’m only getting 1mb. Barely functioning wifi. Every year the service and connection get worse, and they can’t fix it. Do not waste your money.
