We have contacted CCI wireless to provide us with internet service. When we called to order services they said they would mail out the router and all we had to do was plug it in. Well we have had our router over a month now and still no internet when we call we get told we will get a callback I re that they will send someone out and we don’t get either a callback or have had anyone out here to get it working. Very unhappy with what I have experienced so far with this company.

Ever since signing up with CCI 2018 and only 5 mins from the tower, it’s been horrible. Issues EVERY MONTH! Never a solution. Not one follow up from them and half a bill credit one month only offered. Horrible!! Paying for 20, speed tests 0.5 most times. They can’t fix it! Only 1star as there is no 0.

Have been a long time customer patiently waiting for the tower to be upgraded. Have unlimited lousy internet!! Many times the internet is down to around 1mg/sec. Stop investing in new customers and give your current customers what they are paying for, good internet!!!
