Freedom care feels like a dishonest company. They are extremely strict with their reporting process. They also don’t pay on time. In my first 3 weeks I haven’t received a single payment on time. I don’t recommend this company at all.

Where do I start? Most unprofessional service I have encountered in the 14 years I have been using aide services. Apps don’t work. Starting pay for my aide was quoted to me as a mere $12.00 an hour, actually is still $11.00 an hour, which is ridiculous. Instant pay app does not work, then was informed it only works in Pittsburg?? Sent my aide to a Medexpress facility for the TB testing( they would pay) . The place was closed permanently? Freedom care Missouri is the worst! Never return phone calls in a timely manner, your time is always and I mean ALWAYS messed up! When you try to call and inquire about to fix it they basically just rush you off the phone without ever fixing the problem.
