You can never get a hold of anyone to help you when you really need it everything is done by e mail you have to wait for them to call you back it takes forever on the phone and days to get things right if something is wrong! Something is wrong with my account I can’t get anyone to get a hold of me to help me fix it! My insurance company tried to call and they hung up on them! Everyone is always busy or on vacation it seems
unreliable misinformation unprofessional don't pay providers on time!.

Lack of educated/trained personnel; after two months, finally got an employee who knew what she was doing Low pay.... minimum wage foe a very hard job It’s criminal that those who are taking care of your loved ones get such low pay.

They were great and answered promptly when they wanted me to sign up come to find out they gave us the wrong information about my caregiver being paid about when and how. They do not get paid at the end of each shift like promised unless you get a rapid card from them and it takes time. Second off my insurance company signed off completely early on a Friday I had to call freedom care multiple times on Monday to be told a welcome call will be coming by the end of the day so he can start on that Monday as he needs the welcome ... read more

Recommendedthey stopped my care giving abilities because my doctors office wasn't able to provide an office stamp for my health assessment paperwork. they gave me all of 4 hours to correct it and because I couldn't get ahold of my doctors office, I am being punished for it when it's 100% out of my control AND was literally told about this being an issue today ... from JULY of 2021.... my health care provider has never had a practice stamp and after 4 years it's all of a sudden a problem. Recommendedall the other agencies caused problems an aid stole my food stamp card and went shopping one had my door broken so own she was 3 hours late I was at the hospital now I'm being charged $250 and I am on SSI I make $855 a month they did not cook now my m is my aid she cooks every day and I put on 15 lbs my apartment is spotless and my mom gets paid for it thank you freedom care
