Found the office to be very Professional in every way. From the receptionist to the Dr. Beautiful office too.
The mixture of extreme competence and compassion for the patient is unbeatable. And great empathy that expresses itself in controlling pain very well. Splendid in every respect.
For as undesirable it is to have have any type of surgery my experience with Center City Oral & Maxillofacial was above all expectations. Staff and Dr was extremely informative and explained everything in a way that made it was easy to understand the actual procedure that was going to take place the the reasons as to why the work was needed. The office and staff provided a level of comfort and kindness that allowed for any anxiety to melt away.
Overall, my experience was pleasant. Despite, the cost for my much needed x-ray ( If you want the best work, you have to pay a high price; that’s a given) Dr. Kai-Zu and her staff are trained professionals. And i’ll be back soon to get my examination for my lower wisdom tooth!
I felt safe with the COVID-19 precautions that were taken. I was impressed by staff competence and professionalism.
I have gone to Dr. Chi for wisdom teeth removal and implants. I’m not a fan of the dentist but she and her staff make it as painless as possible. I appreciate Dr. Chi attentiveness to my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs implants or teeth removed.

Center City Oral and Maxillofacial runs like a well oiled machine. Every employee that I have met is professional, efficient, friendly, and reassuring. I am happy with my results and would recommend this office to anybody and everybody!
I would give them more stars, from the moment I called in an emergency tooth abscess, the receptionist scheduled my appointment for the next available. Seeing the dentist was such a relieve. The expert care she and the staff gave me was Superb.
