While I LOVE Dr. Chi and her assistants, have to admit that the gals at the front desk are simply not efficient. Either the phones aren't answered or when you interact with them, they do not seem alert and don't go out of their way to be efficient. Recently, I walked over to the office, only to find out that I could have been provided the correct information on the phone, BUT.......no one bothered to double check.
