I would highly recommend Center City Oral & Maxillofacial for wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Kai-Zu Chi and her friendly associates provided a very comfortable atmosphere during the removal of all four of my wisdom teeth.
I have recommended the practice to others. I trust the practice completely.
While I feel confident in the medical care I received, I have a couple of suggestions for providing a better overall experience. The waiting room was very cold and the music from the television was really loud. I had an appointment to have a piece of tissue removed from inside my mouth, and in the exam room Dr. Chi gave me a quick hello and then started speaking to her assistant about office matters. She then proceeded to give me a very painful shot of novacaine with zero warning. Not great bedside manner.
I've never been in a dental office that's so comforting. The atmosphere is relaxing. The staff is so well mannered. They're the first impression of the office and once you get done with them you know that your visit is going to go well. I judge an office by their staff, because they represents the office. My experience with the Dentist was even better, I felt like my son was in the right hands. Don't hesitate to go there. Just be like Nike and just do it..

Came here recommended by my dentist to have a wisdom tooth removed, the atmosphere was vary relaxing and the staff was very friendly. Dr. Chi was also very friendly with a great sense of humor, but also very professional and informative with the entire procedure. Overall I was very satisfy with my procedure and couldn’t be more happier! Thank you.
Dr. Chi and her staff are the definition of professional. They called me before my appointment so I was clear about every detail from pre-op preparation, insurance/financial issues, and Dr. Chi herself called me to remind me to take my blood pressure medicine before the procedure. That's a good doctor. On my procedure day, I was immediately put at ease and was treated with dignity and compassion.
