I was a little nervous bringing my 12 year old son to an oral surgeon to have a tooth pulled, but Dr Kai-zu Chi was great. She has kids of her own and quickly put him at ease. It was an urgent appointment requested by his orthodontist and his braces tightening were put on hold until the procedure was completed, Dr Kai-zu Chi's practice was able to get him in with 3 days, it was very helpful. Took my newborn to Dr. Chi on recommendation of my pediatrician for a tongue tie evaluation. Dr. Chi and her staff were fabulous. She was patient, explained everything thoroughly and was not overly eager to intervene. Would not hesitate to recommend her.
When I needed an urgent extraction, from the moment I met Dr. Chi, I knew she was the one I could trust with the procedure. She did the extraction and a bone graft and performed the surgery flawlessly. She later placed an implant, and while I have had some rare and unfortunate complications from that surgery that we are still trying to work through, Dr. Chi has been incredibly attentive, and she shows a level of empathy that I do not believe is easy to find; she treats her patients as if they were her friends. Excellent detailed service. Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Kal-Zu Chi is thorough, gentle and efficient. She has a delightful attitude and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend her service.
I know this is not normally but I am excited to get my wisdom teeth pulled because I know I'll be in good hands. Also, I liked how I watched a video about Wisdom Teeth and what to expect.
Dr Chi was phenomenal. Professional and caring. My 16 year old daughter not only needed all 4 wisdom teeth removed but Dr. Chi also found a previously undiscovered cyst (turned out to be benign). The facility is next to Graduate Hospital, which made me more secure in the event something happened (it didn't but I'm a Mom so I worry). The actual surgery was quick, smooth and my daughter had very little side effects from the anesthesia.
