The unpleasant experience of a required root canal was almost made wonderful by Dr Kimball’s staff. An uphill battle to be sure, but all involved from the first welcome were up to the task. Karen and Tiffany were very accommodating in working with my complicated schedule and billing details. Dr Kimball’s assistant, Eli, was fabulous! He continually made sure I was cared for and comfortable. I am absolutely astounded at how quickly and painlessly my root canal process was. This was my first root canal and I was super anxious going in. But the team is super professional, explained everything thoroughly and reassured me every step of the way. Today is the day after the procedure and I have not had one bit of pain or soreness - AT ALL! I’m really grateful for the expertise and care Dr. Kimball and his team provided. They are wonderful!! And who says that about a root canal??!! ; )
I had a Root Canal done at the Center. The staff and Dr. Kimble were very nice and guided me through every step of the way on what was happening during my procedure. This reduced my anxiety immensely. I would not hesitate to recommend The Center For Endodontic Care to my family and friends!
Dr Kimball and his office were very nice. After coming for a broken tooth he and his staff we very good at explaining my options for treatment and what the process was going to be like before and trying my visit. I ended up with a root canal 🦷 and I didn’t feel a thing during the hole procedure ( except for the numbing process). I would highly recommend their office! Hopefully I done ever need another root canal, but if I do I would definitely come back!
The staff and doctor are super eager to assist you in any situation. I was extremely comfortable the entire visit! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and the doctor is so considerate and helpful. He explained every thing as we went and made sure I knew to express any discomfort or ask any questions.
