The pre-surgery visit was detailed. The staff were kind and helpful. The doctor was also kind. The surgery was successful and the post-surgery instructions were detailed.
Dr. Megison is the most caring very thorough dr, my husband went for a biopsy in his mouth. Before and during the process he explained every little thing and definitely made us feel as though he cared took his time and helped us through. I can't even express on here how wonderful him and the staff are so amazing...when the biopsy came back as cancer I can't explain but the way he and the staff took on our pain as it was theirs is what it felt like, they was on calling other doctors before we ever arrived. The staff was friendly and concerned about my injury. Emily was knowledgeable and and encouraging. Dr Megison was kind and honest. I knew what to expect every step of the way. This put me at ease going into surgery. I felt confident in his ability to repair the damage. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone. Thank you for taking such good care of me.
Dr. Megison is great. He has great bedside manner and did surgery on my jaw. His office staff is a different story. They were very very rude. One woman even lying and telling me she talked to Dr. Megison when she never did. I had a really serious jaw infection and couldn’t afford the office visit or to pay for the X-rays. Thankfully Courtney, at the front desk was very very compassionate and caring like Dr. Megison. She worked it out where I could see him ASAP. Then he did my surgery the next day.
