The lines between the hours of 5:00am and 7:00am are too long and have made myself and others late for work. The pharmacy is where the slow down occurs. Now that being said the pharmacy staff is great.They provide friendly service and appear, from what little I know, to be very competent at their job. The staff is great, the system is just too slow for the amount of patients. Thank you.

I feel genuinely cared about and cared for by those with their “boots on the ground’” so to speak, in this organization. I do feel like the higher-ups who make decisions far removed from the front lines do a subpar job of acknowledging and appreciating the hard work of the hands-on staff and could do a much better job with the allocation of funds and resources.

I came in to speak to my counselor as well as pick up my medications. My session with Loren, my counselor, went very well. I felt as if a weight I had been carrying around came off my shoulders. I really do have a great counselor who seems to understand me & has been there for me every step of the way since I lost my only sibling on February third this year. I know too if I needed her she would schedule an appointment for her & I. So far I wouldn’t change a thing with the clinic. Thank you very much.
