The staff was exceptional! I felt welcomed and very comfortable being there. I truly can't say enough good things about the entire staff! From the Ladies at the front to the dosing staff! Truly a great experience! Thank you all so much!!! See you next year;-)

Intake was very quick; didn’t have to wait around and for that I’m very grateful because I’m sure they know how we feel coming in. I also appreciate the fact that they set a plan in place to work on your recovery! Special thanks to my counselor Nicole! She’s Awesome

My experience was not bad. It did take about six hours to do my intake but from what I have read and heard, that seems to be about the normal time. And it really didn’t seem to take that long. The staff seemed to have everything in order and were so helpful so the time just seemed to fly by and before I knew it I was thru. We did have a problem setting up the engage app on my phone but come to find out it was just that my birthdate didn’t match.

I find all staff at the Center to be compassionate and committed to helping clients reach their fullest, happiest sober selves. With the willingness of clients to get sober the staff can help them achieve lives beyond their wildest dreams. I’m one of those clients and I’m extremely grateful to the center of hope for all the help I have been given.

I LOVE the Counselors at center of hope they are ALL very nice, helpful, cheerful and always willing to go the extra mile for their patients. Dr McCarthy is the best medical director ever!!! Never ever let go of him!!! The nursing/dosing staff very polite, and patient with all of us I wish they would have more than 3 dosing windows sometimes the line can be ridiculous. I truly don’t know where I would be if not for this place! The counselors, the nurses and the rest of the clinical staff is amazing and I have been here for 5 years seen a lot been through a lot! I was a original center of hope patient and the changes that have transpired since Crossroads bought them have been amazing!
