Everyone is very helpful and kind. They will help you in any way possible. The only complaint I have is during the ice storm that the owners made their patients and their own workers risk having to come in on ice covered roads

I have no complaints every one is professional and as long as you are doing what you need to do and not getting high I find that I have nothing to complain about and I get along with the staff a lot better. 👍🏼
My Counsilor is great , I believe there has to be a better way to do this . No drug addict that is trying to get better can possibly work and make it there everyday . We are the last people That have their crap together enough for that to be possible . So it is , I either miss work or miss my dose which means I have to do pills so that I am not sick . I went in at my worst and EVERYONE & I MEAN EVERYONE that I spoke with or had to deal with that morning was super nice to me! It was really heartwarming for all of them to be like that and not judgmental of my addiction and things! I had been treated at another clinic in NC for years & never got treated with kindness or respect from the staff there! I really feel like I’m going to actually do great at this clinic! I feel hopeful for the first time in a long time! I really truly thank everyone!

Everything is fine except the pharmacy line wait time. Sometimes, not all the time, the dosing line takes more time than usual. The paper one must fill out to increase their dose could be done at home or in the lobby, just not at the pharmacy window. The place as a whole is great! The staff is great!
