I don't have to spend time talking about the best award winning suv ever, the Grand Cherokee Jeep but I do need to give some feedback on a young saleman that in my opinion was as professioal as it gets. Cant say enough good things about this dealership. Clean,Friendly,very professional and no sleazy dealer games and tricks. I went there for the first time and spoke with saleswoman Felicia Liriano she quickly arranged a test drive. She quoted me a price when the test drive was done. Young new salesman Mychal very pleasant. If he did not have answer went and got it quickly, Same way he dealt with a problem issue. He calmly got it resolved. Handled a tough situation very well for an inexperienced salesman. Will be very successful. Overall pleased despite some miscommunications that again were handled promptly and to my satisfaction. Spent more time in dealership than I would have liked on both days but it was a very busy weekend as was pick up day. Rich C

Just drove home a new Grand Cherokee from Central Ave Jeep. I was having trouble getting any specific pricing numbers from my dealers in NJ. They all want you to come in, so they can pressure you.
