Out of all the dealerships on Central Ave, this dealership's staff was so professional and knowledgeable! Larry was honest, professional, and knew exactly what he was talking about. He explained every detail on each car we looked at and he went beyond to make us feel comfortable. Larry was the reason we went back to this particular dealership to lease a vehicle!

On December 26th, my overall experience at the central avenue jeep dealership was great. once my wife, myself and my sister in law enter we was greeted by a floor manager and he asked if we had an appointment and with who. I guess the person I had the initial appointment with was busy therefore we was then directed to Manny Fakhouri. Manny was very attentive, friendly, and helpful during the sales process. He shared a great enthusiasm for and knowledge of the vehicle. And was also very quick to work through any issues I had to make sure that I was satisfied with the purchase. He also took the time to go through the vehicle and make himself available for any questions I had. All in all, it was a very positive sales experience.

We purchased a jeep wrangler sport and a town and country touring L from Ernie. He found the vehicles we wanted. This was the second minivan we purchased from Ernie. He is friendly and always gives a great price.

Went to test drive jeep grand cherokee and met with Ernie Feri .Ernie helped my wife and I in every way in the purchase of our new jeep.He was very knowledgeable and showed us everything the grand cherokee has to offer. Joe Carino was absolutely fantastic to work with. Due to a busy work schedule I wasn't able to make it to the dealership in person. Joe went the extra mile and handled the majority of my sale via the Internet and phone. An outstanding person who really values and takes care of his customers. This is by far the most amazing dealership my husband and I have come across. As someone who has worked in high end retail, I understand the world of sales and customer service. I did not not feel pressured and was catered to until the last second when we took our 2013 Dodge Durango home! No one jumped on top of us and really let us do our thing. Staff was pleasant and knowledgable. They were able to locate the vehicle I wanted with the options I wanted. Everything went smooth and I am very happy with the overall experience of shopping at Yonkers ave. JEEP!!!!
