Great experience through the whole process, walked in looking for a Chrysler Town and Country and got great advice on which vehicle and timing considering existing lease with different OEM. Great price on top and very efficient and customer friendly communication both via phone and email. Let's hope that through the lease this will stay on the same level if I have a problem which I hope I won't in the first 3years. GREAT experience - both from Ernie and also Frank, the manager.
I researched online and this dealer was the one that had the most credentials. My wife and I knew what we wanted but we had questions. Ernie was extremely helpful. Everything went smoothly and We will definitely come back to buy another vehicle.
Mr. Ernie Feri was very friendly and did not pressure me into a sale. That was very good because I was not going to be pressured into a sale.
