Great referral from my dentist. The experience was very professional from start to finish. Especially when I realized that I had an infection that was systemic and needed some antibiotics. Called the 24 hour service and received a prompt return call from the doctor. Filled the prescription and felt better within days. The customer service was spot on so much so that I had to drop off some snacks for the team. Many thanks!!
Great Docs and Staff, Painless!!
Dr. Arens was fabulous. He took great care of me and made sure I was comfortable ! The root canals(I had two in one day) were painless and I was out the door in about 80 minutes. I was waiting for some pain to develop after the novacaine wore off but I am pain free!! I told the doctor if I ever have to have this procedure done again, he will be my first choice. Thanks to all!
Needed a root canal on a tooth causing extreme pain. Tend to gag and was very nervous. Staff was friendly and professional; did a great job minimizing my anxiety and performed an excellent and painless procedure. I would highly recommend this endodontist.
Was a 100% better experience than a previous root canal 4 years ago. I really appreciate the concern shown by Dr Webster and assistant of my comfort level; the explanation of the procedure, both before and during; the professionalism, yet informal atmosphere of all staff; and of course, the results of treatment. It was so easy, I almost went to sleep!

I am a practicing dentist in central Ohio and I have had 3 root canals done at C.O.E. Recently, I called Dr. Arens early on a Monday morning after tolerating a terrible toothache for the better part of 48 hours. He was kind enough to see me that morning and perform yet another painless molar root canal in about one hour.
