I've never received such expert care as I did recently with Dr. Smith and dental technicians, Xavier and Micky. I was in his clinic for one tooth issue I was having ( small abscess and damaged root) but another tooth was causing me much more discomfort that day. Without even missing a beat, and not rescheduling me , Dr. Smith quickly located the problem area with a simple "heat " test. It was awesome that I was able to be seen the same day for my emergency. The staff and Dr. Smith were very nice in making sure I was not having additional pain as they worked on my tooth. It is great to go in to a medical office and be treated like you are the only one they are worried about. It is very rare to get this in any medical fields today, Thank you so much

Excellent professionalism & skills! Dr. C. Arens & his assistant Linda are great at what they do. Very understanding, assuring & shows patience for people like me who can have negative reactions to anesthesics. I wholeheartedly recommend them without any reservations.

Dr. Webster and the entire staff will make you feel very comfortable and assured of a job well done. Dr. Webster was calm and soothing, not once during my visit did I become anxious or worried about my procedure. The horror stories of root canals are put to rest at COE, the steady and expert hands of Dr. Webster made the process enjoyable. Thank you everyone at COE, my visit was surely a positive one. I'm 68 years old and last Friday I had a dreaded root canal performed by Dr. Smith. I was scared to death. Dr. Smith explained what he would be doing prior to each part of the procedure. There was NO PAIN. Who would have thought dentistry had come so far in 50 years. If you need a root canal, I would highly recommend Dr. Smith and staff at Central Ohio Endodontics.

I needed my tooth fixed before going on a business trip. That was the only reason I went here. I called ahead, arrived a 1/2 hour early, updated info, waited over a 1/2 hr from appt. time. Reminded them, I needed this tooth fixed today. It is like they didn't even hear me. They had a very well rehearsed speech about a 200$ 3D Scan, so they wouldn't have to do the actual work, only to tell me I would have to go to yet another specialist because they don't do what I need. Ive never had a provider not notify me that I was going to be out of network before. Costly mistake on my part that this office would do me the same curtesy. I provided my insurance information before hand-- so I went in expecting a much different bill than I got.
