I was referred to Central Ohio Endodontics by my dentist in Richland County for a root canal. I was experiencing pain for a couple of weeks with the tooth. At my consultation, Dr. Menke prescribed a stronger antibiotic that relieved the pain within 24 hours. On the day of the procedure, I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. I was impressed by the friendliness, efficiency and professionalism of all staff members throughout my procedure. Dr Pasiewicz and his assistant gave clear explanation of what to expect and all my questions were answered satisfactorily. They made me very comfortable with their pleasant exchange of conversation and the procedure was surprisingly painless. I almost fell asleep during the procedure.

I was having continued trouble with a painful and sensitive tooth. When I finally called the main number for Central Ohio Endodontics, I was told that I could get a consultation with one of the busy doctors in a week. After explaining that my situation was growing dire, the pleasant, efficient woman who took my call said she would check with the doctors to see if one was available to see me sooner. I was referred to Dr. Stephen Webster for a root canal procedure. My first root canal, and with TMJ soreness. He explained the procedure, listened to my concerns, fitted a "bite plate" to help with the TMJ problem and performed the RCP. I appreciate his surgical expertise and patient management skills along with his highly qualified staff who were very efficient in their assistance during this procedure. I was referred by my dentist for a Root canal procedure to another endodontist but I wasn't comfortable going there. After my research I decided to go to Dr.Eric Menke as he had good reviews. While I was abroad, I was seen by two dentists while in Cambridge, UK, with severe pain. They suspected that it was a root canal problem, but it was not definitive. My family dentist in Ohio suggested this facility over e-mail and I was glad to have an appointment just a few days after I got to Ohio. My experience at COE (Westerville) could not have been better. Dr. Smith was very friendly and reassuring, and performed my root canal quickly and painlessly. Honestly, I have felt more discomfort from standard dental cleanings than I experienced from the root canal! All of the staff at COE were very kind as well. I encourage anyone whose dentist recommends a root canal not to be worried about choosing that option, especially if it is performed at COE.
