Dr. Ryan Pasiewicz and his staff was fantastic. I needed a root canal during the coronavirus situation and they were able to take me the same day I called in. When I called in the receptionist was very knowledgeable and immediately went into my chart and explained everything. Upon arrival the staff took me within 1 minute. Dr Steven Smith is a miracle worker. Yesterday I went to see him for a root canal with a lot of pain and now no pain what so ever. He is very knowledgeable, kind and professional. His staff is very kind and helpful. I wish I could give him a hundred stars. 5 is not enough.

I would like to give a huge kudos to Dr. Menke and his staff. They were able to fit me in later in the day on very short notice to relieve me of the excruciating pain I was experiencing from a cracked tooth. Dr. Menke also took time out of his day to call me to follow up and see how I was doing the following day. Went in to my usual dentist for a severe toothache, they called COE and got me in immediately! The staff was very friendly and got me right in to see Dr. Webster. He examined my teeth and diagnosed my issue. He clearly explained my options for treatment and got to work. I felt very comfortable based on the doc's confidence & professionalism and how efficiently his team assisted him. Dr. Pasiewicz and staff were top notch. I was able to get an appointment for a root canal in one day to relieve the pain in my tooth. The office and staff were professional, kind and efficient. Dr. Pasiewicz listened to me( my symptoms), gave understandable explanations of the procedure, and administered skilled techniques. 60 years old, cracked a tooth and had to get a crown. The crown never really worked, always felt pain, sensitive to heat/cold etc. Next step was root canal and I have heard horror stories so I was hesitant. My hesitation just cost me more discomfort. I was referred to Central Ohio Endodontics by my dentist in Richland County for a root canal. I was experiencing pain for a couple of weeks with the tooth. At my consultation, Dr. Menke prescribed a stronger antibiotic that relieved the pain within 24 hours. On the day of the procedure, I couldn't have been happier with the outcome.
