Dr. Menke is the best. Went in with great pain and he would not let me leave until he did the root canal. The nurses and staff were very patient with me. Great experience with every aspect of my visit.. Thank you all very much

He made sure I understood exactly what would happen throughout the appointment and the procedure was done quickly with no pain at all. Dr. Steve Smith and Assistant Christy were kind, informative and put my comfort with the process as their #1 priority! I am anxious enough about dental work in general, but this was my first root canal and I had to have 2! I could do without the "cold" water/air test but understand it was necessary. I was extremely pleased and impressed with Dr. Steve Smith. He was incredibly nice, professional and thorough. While I was referred to see him for a single root canal, he did additional testing on site and was able to determine that in fact two teeth were involved and took care of both at the same time, saving me a potential return visit and need for additional procedures in the future. Great experience, Dr. Steve Smith is the best!! He did a root canal on my 19 year old son right before sending him off to college, whew thank you for working him into your schedule. Everyone at Cental Ohio Endodontics is wonderful, from the office staff to the assistants very nice, attentive and compassionate. What a difference the experience of a root canal was! Dr. Smith and his team in the Worthington location were courteous, calming, and professional. They took time to explain what was going to happen and answered my question. They worked efficiently and throughout the procedure Dr. Smith kept checking to see if I was okay.
