What a difference the experience of a root canal was! Dr. Smith and his team in the Worthington location were courteous, calming, and professional. They took time to explain what was going to happen and answered my question. They worked efficiently and throughout the procedure Dr. Smith kept checking to see if I was okay. The whole experience was a "non event", no pain and no anxiety. Plenty of information and concern about my comfort. Would rather not, but I would come back for another root canal if I needed one!! Thanks, Dr. Smith!!
I found out I needed a root canal and Dr. Steven Smith got me in the same day. The procedure was relatively painless--the shots to numb me were the only pain. The procedure was quick and Dr. Smith explained everything he was doing as he did it.
A HUGE thanks to Dr. Charles Arens who so expertly did my root canal, & on a moment’s notice too! I live in Oregon, & was visiting my sister in Columbus when my tooth flared up & the pain became unbearable. My sister recommended Central Ohio Endodontics who amazingly got me in within the hour!
