Dr. Smith is a miracle man! I was in horrible pain for 4 days before I saw my general dentist. It took less than 24 hours to get in with Dr. Smith. The first thing he did was numb the pain so I could understand what he needed to explain to me. The procedure was absolutely painless and Dr. Smith was communicating with me the entire time. I was referred by my general dentist for a root canal. I was able to get in very quickly. The online registration process was very easy and convenient. I felt at ease from the moment I arrived; the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Arens explained everything he did throughout the procedure and made sure that I was as comfortable as possible. The follow up after the procedure was impressive as well (Dr. Arens himself called a few days after my appointment to check on how I was doing). I would highly recommend!
The best advice I can offer is; the night before your appointment you can sleep well, no need for any stress or worry - all you need to do is try to be a good patient and rest knowing that they are prepared and eager to take excellent care of you. All good! The staff in Dr. Smith’s office is patient, expert and client-centered. It starts at the top: Dr. Smith is a 5 star endodontist. If I ever need specialist dental care, I —FOR SURE—will contact him immediately.
Dr.Smith advised me of each step before he took it. Absolutely no pain! Very gentle and caring AND followed up with me the next day to make sure I was doing okay. Wonderful experience.
Professionalism was top tier! Everyone was so accommodating and the procedure was not as terrifying as I was led to believe. I hope that I never need another root canal but in the unlikely event that I should, this is definitely where I’ll be returning. Dr. Smith was fantastic!
