I definately received the care I needed from Dr. James Poulos of Central Ohio Endonontics. He performed a root canal on an upper moler and guided thru it excellently. I was very pleased Dr. Poulos called me personally the day after my root canal to see how I was doing. I highly recommend Dr. Poulos! Thank you too.

I cannot say enough good things abut this practice and Dr. Patrick! Central Ohio Endodontics had me in their office in less than 24 hours of me knowing I possibly needed a root canal. What I assumed to be a consultation, I quickly realized that I was actually having the root call. In and out in less than an hour. They sent me home with ibuprofen and I barely needed them. Recently I began to experience severe tooth pain on a work trip. As soon as I returned I went straight to my dentist who determined that I had cracked my tooth and would need a root canal. He recommended Dr. Smith. 2 hours later I was in his office for the procedure. The root canal itself was 100 pain free and took under an hour. Dr. Smith and his Assistant were amazing. I needed Root Canal ASAP, I called Central Ohio Endodontics in Dublin on a Friday and I was able to be seen that following Tuesday. The tooth I needed the Root Canal on already had 3 obstacles that I was concerned about and wasn't sure how they were going to work around them. First obstacle, I already had a Gold Crown on that tooth that has been on there for about 30 years. I was very pleased with Dr. Steven Smith and his assistant. I couldn’t believe how relaxed I was during my root canal. I was pleasantly surprised the next day when Dr. Smith called to check on me. I highly recommend Dr. Smith.

Dear COE, and Dr. Smith, My dentist referred me to COE and they were able to get me in the next business day for two root canals. Dr. Smith did a great job, I followed the post surgery protocal and had no pain. I appologize for not remembering Dr. Smith's assistants name but I would rater her a 5 Star. She works incredible well with Dr. Smith and anticipates his next steps. She also spent time with my wife and I after the surgery to answer our questions. The staff was friendly; the office was modern and attractive...but best of all Dr Smith made the root canal process surprisingly quite bearable. Appreciated his explaining each step. It was over in an hour and I couldn't help but say "that's it" because I was expecting it to be much longer. I also appreciated the xray overview at the end

One word ( Awesome ) A root canal is one of the last things I want to do , but Dr Arens and his assistant were just AWESOME . The entire process was under an hour and there was absolutely no pain from start to finish . If I ever need another one I will definitely be scheduling an appointment with Dr Arens and his staff .

Good , considering its a root canal ! Dr Poulos was my doctor and he is a very calming along with assistant Cristy . Normally I would be hanging off the ceiling.
