I was so appreciative of how quickly I was able to be seen for an emergency root canal but most of all, so impressed with the expertise and professionalism of Dr. Charles Arens and his staff and office personnel. Quick, painless, educational, and calming....completely dispelled my anxiety. I was very thankful to have been referred to them and would highly recommend Dr. Arens!
Dr Smith and Staff were outstanding from start to finish. The front desk folks were pleasant, professional and answered all my many questions. Dr Smiths Techs were caring, knowledgable, professional, thorough and helpful. Dr Smith made a rough situation tolerable, painless and quick! They all have followed up with calls to make sure I was doing okay the day of root canal and several days after. Highly recommend them.
Dr. Menke got me in for a last minute root canal and while I was extremely nervous to have the procedure, he immediately put my mind at ease. He explained every step as we went along and made sure I was not having any discomfort. While no one wants to have a root canal, if you need one, go to Central Ohio Endodontics!!
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The staff was very anxious to keep me as comfortable as possible. Dr. Smith was also very nice and the root canal was a lot less painful than I expected. Actually there was very little pain at all.
Dr. Smith was outstanding and I highly recommend him. 10+ years ago, I had a root canal in another state. Fast forward to early 2018 and I developed an issue in my gums. Based on x-rays, it was determined that my original root canal was not done properly. SO maddening and so frustrating, but what could I do?! Anyway, Dr. Smith stated he could attempt to redo the root canal properly but, of course, if it just was not possible to complete it properly (after attempting to do so,) the plan of action was to then perform a surgery... read more
I was a little apprehensive to have root conals done. The work done was excellent and completed in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend these folks.
I’m a first-time patient, referred to Central Ohio Endodontics by my dentist. Dr. Whitcomb was nothing but kind and caring during my recent root canal. He listened patiently to my concerns and questions and was just all around awesome. A big shout out also to his wonderful hygenist who talked to me on a personal level both before and after the procedure. They both helped ease my nervousness and made me feel like one of their dental family. Thank you for your compassion and warm welcome.
Dr Menke & his assistant were very professional & pleasant; they worked together very well. Dr. Menke even called me the following day to ask how I was doing; he told me to call them if I had any questions. I would certainly recommend him to anyone who needed a root canal.
I give COE an A+ on all counts! Katie, who scheduled my appointment, was pleasant, efficient and kind. Dr. Webster was on weekend call prior to my appointment and counseled me in pain management. Mickey, Dr. Arens' assistant, reassured this nervous patient through the procedure. Dr. Arens was great...even called me the next day to check on my progress. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you all!
