Dr Menke & his assistant were very professional & pleasant; they worked together very well. Dr. Menke even called me the following day to ask how I was doing; he told me to call them if I had any questions. I would certainly recommend him to anyone who needed a root canal.
I give COE an A+ on all counts! Katie, who scheduled my appointment, was pleasant, efficient and kind. Dr. Webster was on weekend call prior to my appointment and counseled me in pain management. Mickey, Dr. Arens' assistant, reassured this nervous patient through the procedure. Dr. Arens was great...even called me the next day to check on my progress. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you all!
Everyone was very nice. The procedure was painless. They were very patient and were happy to answer all my questions.
I had never had a root canal performed before so I was a bit nervous. Dr Smith, with his very personable manner very quickly calmed me down. He took time and explained everything he was going to do and what I was going to feel so nothing was a surprise. It really helped me relax knowing ahead of time what was going to happen. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. He and his assistant worked as a real pro team. They also played excellent music while I was in there :-) !!
Dr. Smith performed a root canal and he was professional; the office staff accommodated my concerns and made sure that I was comfortable. Furthermore, Dr. Smith called me at home to check on my healing progress, which was a great touch.
Dr. Smith was wonderful. He was so very professional and friendly. He explained everything to me during the procedure. He even made a follow up telephone call to me to make sure that I was doing okay. In addition, the receptionists in this office are exceptional!
Dr. Steven Smith is absolutely excellent! Unfortunately, I have had to have several root canals and he is superb at this procedure. Not only is he highly experienced, he anticipates anything that may or may not occur after the procedure. The care he takes and his expertise makes you feel totally comfortable and safe. Steven Smith has done both of my root canal procedures and I am more that satisfied with his performance. He is gentle, kind and thorough. He also can give you the Novocain shot (s) and you do not feel the prick. I was in and out within an hour. I will not hesitate to recommend your group.
This was my first experience with Central Ohio Endodontics, and it was absolutely the right choice. Dr. Arens provided my root canal treatment, and I was comfortable throughout it and felt no pain at all. Currently, I am two days out of the procedure, and I still have felt zero pain. I would recommend Central Ohio Endodontics to any person seeking a root canal treatment.
