Can’t thank them enough, Dr Whitcomb was excellent. Took me in on very short notice as I was heading back to FL in a few days. Had absolutely no pain as this has been an issue for me with past dentists. Was surprised when I received a follow up phone call from Dr Whitcomb. Such a nice thing to do. Thank you so much again
Dr. Smith is the best. He treats you with respect and is very professional. I would highly recommend Dr Smith if you are in need of any Endodontic treatments.
I had not experienced root canal before this year, and now have had 2. Having some anxiety in the dentist chair, I appreciate that Dr. Smith and his assistant take time for Q/A, and create a light hearted and calming atmosphere. They keep the process quick with very minimal discomfort, and the follow-up care calls are much appreciated.
My entire experience with Central Ohio Endodontics was EXCELLENT! Dr Whitcomb and his staff were friendly and very attentive to my needs during the procedure and even afterwards with a follow up call to see how I was doing. I would highly recommend the practice to others.
This was the second root canal Dr. Arens has done for me, and both procedures went perfectly. In addition, he followed up with a phone call to see how I was doing, though it wasn't necessary, as there were no problems. I enthusiastically recommend him to anyone needing a similar procedure.
Dr. Smith and his assistant were absolutely wonderful! The exceptionally high level of service started immediately after my first phone call to COE. I left a voicemail after hours and my call was returned less than ten minutes later by Erica to schedule my appointment! This was fantastic considering the discomfort I was in. Eric Menke did a root canal for me on Friday, July 13. Since neither of us are afraid of that, it went great! I took one of the pain pills he gave me before the anesthesia wore off and never needed another one. He did great work and I was able to get to my regular dentist early the following week for the final filling. If I ever need another one, Eric will definitely be the one to do it!
I thank you for taking such good care of me, and your staff for getting me in so quickly, which, as it turned out, was critical, given that the abscess was so large and required two plus rounds of antibiotics after the root canal. Dr Smith and his assistant Xavier were awesome. I am a nervous patient and they put me completely at ease. Wonderful chair side manner. Dr. Smith explained everything to me and answered all my questions. The root canal went well and I even received a personal call from Dr. Smith the following day. He even took time to answer a few questions. Awesome. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith.
