Dr. Arens and all of the staff were great about easing my anxiety and explaining the entire root canal procedure to me. I didn't feel like my questions were a bother at all. The procedure itself went quite smoothly. I was given complete instructions on how to care for the tooth until my restoration appointment with my regular dentist. I would highly recommend this practice.
This was the third time over the past few years that my local dentist referred me to Dr. Smith. He continues to be very personable, explains every step completely, and is very efficient. He follows up with a phone call the next day, checking on my progress. I would recommend him to anyone needing endodontist services because he is the very best!
The procedure was explained to me every step of the way. I was given the necessary prescriptions to take after the procedure and had absolutely no problem.
Having never had a root canal before , I was very nervous. The receptionist, nurse, and dr. Smith put me at ease. Everything was explained and dr.Smith even recommended some things for sjogrens syndrome which I deal with daily. I found Dr, Smith and his nurse to be positive and my root canal was finished successfully in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend this team.
I'm a disabled veteran and had been seeking treatment at the Columbus VA to repair a fracture tooth as well as the tooth next to it that ended up requiring a root canal. The VA uses their Community of Care program to refer vets to Central Ohio Endodontics for root canal procedures. Dr. Smith was SUPER nice as was his assistant Tammy. I was recently seen by Dr Smith for a failed root canal (done elsewhere). He was able to retreat the tooth and save it. He was thorough, personable, professional, and answered all of my questions. He made me feel comfortable and confident in my treatment. I am beyond thankful and will absolutely see him again shall I need his services. I also will definitely recommend Dr Smith and this practice to anyone needing a root canal or retreat. Thank you!
Dr. Webster was fantastic!!! He put me at ease immediately. Everyone there was very professional and all about making me feel comfortable. Dr. Webster explained each step of the procedure before hand and made sure I was aware of what was happening along the way. I have to admit it was painless!!! Dr. Webster called me the following day to make sure all was well!
Everyone was professional and helpful .They made sure your comfort came first.Dr. Arens explained everything during the procedure eliminating surprises on my part. All financials were explained and clear to understand. A root canal is not everyones favorite, yet my experience very pleasant.
