Horrible customer service. Terrible communication. We were told that our kittens were dewormed but they are still full of worms. I do not recommend. We called to speak to a manager and got hung up on. Will never be returning.

Hello, we’re sorry you had this experience. Kittens and puppies need to be dewormed multiple times while they are growing. Our phone lines have been at high volume but if you call the hospital a technician should be able to work with a doctor on your pets chart to possible get you more dewormer.
I brought my dog in May 7th, 2020 very ill and he ended up putting him down. the staff was amazing at this point. Even after he bit the vet due to him being in pain. The day he passed I did not have the funds to have a personal cremation for him but they stayed they would hold him for a week so that my family could belong him back home. As discussed, I paid for his arrangements the following week and his cremation was to be changed to private. On 4/23/2020, I took my do Fiji for a dental cleaning appointment. Why? Because they told me he needs it, that they will do the cleaning, and then after the x-rays verify if he needs a tooth extraction. They were sweet and cool, explaining like nothing to worry about. What a joke, are they even licensed as a real vet?
In a national emergency with Covid 19 spreading like wildfire all over not only the U.S. but other countries as well. At a time when people with preexisting conditions especially if you are older are told to stay home away from the public. As a customer who has brought numerous pets to their hospital and paid them immediately. Worst place to take your pets. Do not bring your pets here. They over charged me for boarding plus performed procedures that I did not authorize nor was I aware of until I picked them up. Also the broke one of my dogs special collars. Did they offer to replace it nope the only thing they offered was 10% off.
They took great care of our Precious pup, will recommend them to all my friends with pets. Ask about the Kennel cough vacine and they gave it to her.
I will never go anywhere else. The entire staff knows me and my fur babies by name. The care there is top notch! And How many people can say their dr sat on the floor and played with their dog during their visit. Best place ever!!!
