I will never go anywhere else. The entire staff knows me and my fur babies by name. The care there is top notch! And How many people can say their dr sat on the floor and played with their dog during their visit. Best place ever!!!
WATCH OUT FOR THE PAW PLAN!!!!! I purchased the PAW plan last year and have been paying for it all year and when I was called (They called me!) to schedule my dog's visit I wasn't notified that my plan was expiring soon. So when I go in thinking my visit was covered, I was presented with a bill and then notified my plan expired 2 days before!! And then I was offered another plan!!
The only reason I am giving this location 2 stars is because of the physician. Great vet service but the service from the rest of the place makes it not worth it. The vet was and has always been wonderful but the rest of the staff (techs/billing/etc) are abysmal. I paid in full for a year worth of visits and every time I called or visit I was constantly harassed for payment and I had to remind them that I had paid in full.
