My roommate went here yesterday. They tested him for strep which came back negative. They gave him a prescription for antibiotics and prednisone and sent him home. I was tested for Covid at the Veterans hospital. We have the exact same symptoms and they were sure I had Covid. My test came back positive which means my roommate has Covid as well. Do not go here if you want accurate results on your illness. You're not supposed to give antibiotics and steroids for Covid! They did not even test him for it. Disappointing and unsaf... read more
Urgent care takes so long to see you, expect at least an 1hr& half wait if you're lucky! Dr wosk was our primary pediatrician and now that he's not working here anymore every time I have to get my daughter checked I always end up going to urgent care because there's none in-office doctors available when I need an appointment, so this turns into a nightmare! Staff also takes their sweet time to even bring out paperwork to you, I don't know what's going on with this place but they need to speed up their staff & efforts !! So ... read more
Worst medical clinic. I have asked my primary care for a referral multiple times to a specialist I need and although they say they sent it, months later and multiple phone calls it has never happened. Can't get an appointment hardly ever. The medical people on stand by on the phone can't answer questions worth a damn. And I've been butchered by the urgent care doctors twice before. Good luck
Every one here has an attitude. Even the doctors. Ive had two doctors already. One accused me of just wanting to be seen That it was all in my head. But NO. I was in a lot of pain In my tummy.
This UC is terrible We will never go back! 1st almost all the staff is rude, unfriendly. 2nd the Doc looked like a maintenance guy. At least he was nice, friendly; however we told him we thought there was a rock in my sons hand he dismissed it and a week later his hand is infected! We were able to get the rock out and it was big!!! Terrible place I do not recommend!!!
I am a medical provider trying to do my job to help patients. Needed records on an important medical case and this clinic was absolutely terrible at helping. There seems to be no one in charge of providing records and the office seems not to care at all about helping with this important service. They need to be investigated by the Medical Board for non-compliance.
This place is HORRIBLE!! As soon as you enter ALL the "receptionists" have a bitchy attitude. I went in today with a set appointment and they had book me for the wrong thing and wrong person, hence this is not the first time they've done it. I'm pretty sure they only do it so they can charge my insurance! They don't care about the patients as they're always gossiping instead of doing there job!! I came in to pick up my sons immunization card and they had such a bad attitude , if you don't like working their why work their I waited like 25min to get it back when they had called me twice saying my card was ready after waiting for it for so long they ask me for an ID like really I didn't have in hand they made me go back and get and after coming back they wanted a copy horrible service !!!!

This is the WORST place ever if i could give it 0 stars i would. I went in for a cough that iv had for 3 weeks but it has been longer now since the medicine they gave me which i paid about 220 for did not work at all.
