I wish I could give this place 0 stars, their RN on duty didn't know basic information I was asking because I was upset with their services. When they didn't help me I asked for their ombudsman information or similar contact for patient rights, and was denied 3 times

Updating on behalf on my husband's appointment. I recommended him this place, because of my past experience. Over the phone they didn't clarify that the cost for the visit "$80" was more like a down payment for whatever work is done. Luckily the front office staff helped him get paperwork done so he didn't have to pay. The staff was nice inside the appointment. He got some labs done. He went to his follow up appointment a week later and guess what .. they never sent the labs out !!! Please train your call center representati... read more
DR. Ramirez is really great!!! he touch base with his patients and explains thoroughly based on your concerns. But the patient services representative needs to work on their customer services. The fact thay they are dealing with people Yes people can just be too much sometimes. But the people needs to be at the same page. I had ask for a medical record more than 5 days and said i will pick it up on my day of my appointment, as they have said it will only take a day or two. Save yourself the trouble and do not go here! Very unorganized! Recieved a statement a few month after being here and then a few months after that recieved a statement for hundreds more, with them stating they had forgoten to bill me for a few things. Shady AF!
The doctor that is also the owner is the most rude, unpleasant guy you've ever meet. He should not even be a doctor. He raised his voice at me and my friend and told us to get out of his office. I wanted to speak to the Brazilian doctor and he told us that we ere not allowed to speak to no one else in his office. We were there from noon until 3pm.
