Mr. Rabadi was so informative & helpful in every way possible. Super knowledgeable with all the vehicles shown to us, a people-person with a great personality, eager to show us what your dealership has to offer, and walked us through step by step. Mr Rabadi made our visit one to remember, and also tell all our family and friends to go & meet him and hopeful become a part of our new "Infinity Family." Great dealership, nothing shady, everything that was discussed and agreed upon over the phone was delivered. Sales consultant picked me up from the airport as I was flying in from out of town. Made sure I had a motel to stay in for the night. Another salesman followed up with me the following morning when I drove the vehicle off the lot when the initial salesmen had the day off.
Friendly, Courteous, Patient, Knowledgeable, and above all Honest. This was our second visit to Cerritos Infiniti and Eric McCance greeted us warmly both times. He was very patient with us knowing we had not purchased an automobile in 10 years. And did we ever pepper him with questions for which he had the answers. I came into Infiniti with a car in mind to test drive and possibly purchase the same day. Sang Cho approached us immediately and found out the reason for our visit and quickly let me know he was there to assist me with anything and answer my questions. Mr. Ken Carter was the nicest, friendliest, and most patient agent i worked with. My dad and i searched for a car suitable for me for 3 weeks or more and have been to 8 dealerships (2 honda, toyota, audi, bmw, lexus, 3mini) and honestly, he was the best out of all the agents i had spoke with. The customer service at the dealership was great. Sam was very kind and respectful. He kept our needs in mind and worked to find a vehicle that suited our needs. He was attentive at all times and made sure we were comfortable. I would definitely recommend Sam to friends and family.
Sang impressed me by promising he would take care of my worries about purchasing a used car and any problems that might "pop" up. Sang checked the service dept in regards to my 50/50 warranty - I wanted to be sure if I had any problems with the car the dealership would take care of them.
David Baker assisted me with a beautiful 2008 G37 coupe. David was very professional and knowledgable about the car and never rushed me into making a decision. He was curtious of my time and the transaction moved quickly. Also, Paul in finance was extremely helpful and that process couldn't have gone smoother.
