All and all good. The finance dept. overstated what was needed

I had a very good experience and everyone was very nice, it made my car buying experience very easy. Although I wasn't approved for the car I wanted, I was able to be approved for another. The only feedback I would provide for the sales rep are to follow through. I purchased an electric vehicle and was not provided with information on how to charge and where to charge. Some of the problems were fixed but a sound that I can hear in the engine was not. The light engine is not blinking or on anymore but I still think there is something else with the car . The advisors try to keep me updated on whatever the mechanics find.
