I wont say the service was bad because it wasnt. I will say that after coming to this same location for almost a decade for service for multiple vehicles I feel like the personal touch isnt there anymore and it just feels like a dealership recommending things you dont need. Jaime set a high standard when he was there and the staff followed. Again, not bad, but not great.

I did NOT service my car recently in Cerritos. I did have excellent service here in San Diego on two separate recent occasions: --Tuneup, tire check, etc. @ a Valvoline --Replacement of recalled airbags by a Nissan airbag technician from the L.A. area (maybe Cerritos?) who came to my home for the service

I paid more than I expected to pay when I brought my car in for service. But I trust Tony Fears. He kind and honest. He tells me as well to explain to me exactly what repairs are needed. I can truly trust him.
