Oil, filter, brake fluid, everything seemed fine, and people appeared to be kind. However, unbeknownst to me, my air refresher was inadvertently broken during the service, and nobody informed me until after I had already left.

Not even 2 weeks after getting the car it wouldnt turn on. I called and they scheduled an appointment for me and I had to keep getting my car jumped in the meantime. Turns out the battery was defective. It took 40 minutes for them to consult me and they told me they were gonna keep the car overnight. They called me 2 hours later that it was ready so I had to get a ride all the way back. Battery should have been tested at some point before letting me leave with it brand new.
