Brought my car in for some routine services. Appointments are required before hand. The waiting areas are clean and somewhat spacious. No sna KS or beverages available, but there are some snacks for sale at the Service desk and I believe a vending machine. Service can take anywhere from 1-5hours depending and a complimentary carwash. Service people are nice and listen to your concerns.

This is the second time having my car serviced at the Cerritos location and the second time they said my car was ready and it wasnt. So I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Which I did not appreciate.
