Jeff with Certainty Home Loans handled all of the processing of our VA loan with the purchase of our new home. We could not have asked for a better team or more smoother process! Jeff and staff were very helpful the only thing I have any type issue with was last minute add of paying off a personal loan after I had done the wire transfer and credit cards were in there that I had sent over proof of payoff to weeks before closing now I have to get the money back from the creditor. But those were minor inconveniences
