Jeff with Certainty Home Loans handled all of the processing of our VA loan with the purchase of our new home. We could not have asked for a better team or more smoother process! Jeff’s assistant, Danielle, was incredibly personable, organized, and responsive! We are first time home owners and had been dealing with a more challenging seller who wanted a near impossible closing date timeframe. Jeff and staff were very helpful the only thing I have any type issue with was last minute add of paying off a personal loan after I had done the wire transfer and credit cards were in there that I had sent over proof of payoff to weeks before closing now I have to get the money back from the creditor. But those were minor inconveniences

Jeff was extremely ideal to work with during the mortgage lending process. He exceeded my expectations, was professional, and very knowledgeable when reviewing my loan details. I would consider only using Jeff for my next home loan and will certainly recommend him to family and friends.

I have worked with Jeff Stodghill before. That is the primary reason I chose to work with him a second time. I have found no one in the mortgage business more knowledgeable, hard working for me, and quick to respond than Jeff.
