I definitely had a very nice and easy experience working with Mike Turk.,as a first time home buyer I honestly didn’t know the first thing about buying a home and getting approved for a loan. I reached out to Mike after being frustrated in a current refinance effort. My main frustration was that I had to supply so much info up front before a lender would break down total loan costs for me. After explaining things to Mike, he shot me an estimate with a minimum of input on my part.
