I've used this lender twice already. One in 2015 and 2018. On both occasions, Mike provided a very quick feedback and work close with me to help close the financing. In the 2015 closing, he was working with me detailing the close while I was abroad and we had to do remote close in US Embassy. If you are looking for a quick close and personal communications, I highly recommended Mike and his teams. Team Turk handled my mortgage needs when purchasing my home. The level of customer service was amazing, especially when compared to previous experiences. Someone was always available to address any concerns or questions. Phone messages and text messages were responded to almost immediately, regardless of the day of the week or time of day by Mike & Team. I would gladly use Team Turk again and would highly recommend them to anyone. I could not believe how fast and efficient they were.
