Rob was very punctual and performed the inspection with attention to detail. He asked if we had any other concerns and replaced two outlets when we indicated one of them was loose and would not hold a plug. Though the replacements were not part of the Angies List Big Deal we had purchased, he did not charge for this service. We will definitely call on CET anytime we need electrical service
I ordered for 4 recessed lights to be installed on a finished dry wall. Was able to schedule fairly quickly with an arrival time between 8am-11am the following week. They said the job would take about 4-6 hours so they had to schedule a morning time. When the electrician came I greeted him outside and brought him in. Took off my shoes when entering however the electrician observed but did not offer to take his shoe off nor did he try to wear some sort of cover for his shoe. found out work was going to be much more complicated/expensive than estimated so refunded
After a couple of scheduling changes the tech showed up on the day I expected, but was running late. A telephone call in advance letting me know would have been appreciated. I understand that a previous job could run over, but a call to let me know would have let me decide if I could wait or reschedule. Electrician called 30 mins. before arriving, diagnosed problem, fixed it, check to see all switched and outlets on circuit operated properly. I had purchased a "deal" on Angie's for a discounted service performed at the same time as another service, but since I only had one service I needed, CET applied to purchase price of the deal to my bill.
They changed one motion sensor and one light. A job quickly done. Honesty and accountability are what I like about CET.
I used CET in 2012 and now again in 2013. They are excellent. I used the online chat feature on their website to schedule an appointment. I had a few questions and they helped answer all of those questions first via chat, and then via email, and the responses were very prompt. The service was perfect and scheduling went smoothly . The electrician was excellent and I would recommend their service to others.
He was very thorough, did some extra work for me on an outlet and I would use him again.
