Checked switches and outlets, the electrical box in the basement, fixed (replaced something) on the back porch outlet. He was professional, answered my questions, took less than an hour. All good.
Certified Electric responded within one day after purchasing the deal to set up the appointment. The electrician who performed the work did an excellent job. He finished the things I had planned well within the 2 hours (light fixtures and doorbell), and since he was so fast, he was able to change the outlets at the same time. This was great. I was able to easily get an appointment. The electrician called before he arrived to make sure I was ready. He was very friendly and did great work. He asked a lot of questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He cleaned up after himself and overall was the kind of guy I don't mind having in my house.
Promptly responded to request for service and scheduled appointment. Gave clear and succinct responses to my questions without making me feel like a dummy. Gave time estimate for each job allowing me to prioritze what I wanted cimpleted. Friendly , courteous and professional. Just a really nice guy. Will use when I needcertainly use him again.

The technician was very courteous and efficient. We originally thought the job would take all day as we thought we might need dedicated circuits added. Upon evaluating our needs, the tech explained that the dedicated circuits were unnecessary, which prevented drywall cutting and cut the anticipated time in half.
the employee called me and gave a detailed account, but he omitted a couple of things that I knew were going wrong in the house. Once I pointed them out to him -he had not detected them in the inspection- he was responsive.
The technician called to inform me they were going to be early. They showed up 30 min early to the scheduled time and performed everything very quickly. They quoted me a price for an estimated 1.5 hrs of work, but they finished within an hour. Overall very pleased with the prompt and efficient service. The technician was friendly and I would recommend them to others.
