They were very prompt and fixed the short quickly and were very good.
Dale showed up promptly and was extremely professional and easy to work with. It quickly became clear that what they originally thought was going to be a simple fix (replacing some switches) was more complicated (faulty wiring). Each fix led to another problem but Dale seemed to be very experienced and had no problem handling the challenges of the old wiring system in our home. The experience was very good, starting with the initial call. Steve answered my calls and was very knowledgable about the work I needed and provided estimates on the time needed to perform the work. The technician arrived on time and completed the work. The actual cost was less than the estimates. The technician identified work that was not required. The price was fair and the service was excellent.
Needed a new hallway light fixture installed. Was concerned about doing the project myself given lots of extra capped wires in current fixture and the fact that the box was very loose and I couldn't find a way to tighten that without having to cut into the ceiling. Wanted to call in a real electrician, not just a handyman. Eric was great! We encountered one new issue after another (chandelier was an antique) and he was able to figure out a solution to every problem that emerged. He was fast, courteous, and the price was very reasonable. We will use this company for all of our future electrical work!
I was very pleased with the service provided. It was fast and efficient. The service technician was attentive and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.
